RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient, so the reserved time won’t be charged.

WHAT TO BRING
  • ID (Dutch driver’s license, European ID, passport, or Dutch residence permit)

  • Referral letter (only if referred by a GP/specialist; a referral is not required)

  • The (sports) shoes you wear most often
